In a summary chapter Death and Rebirthof Neon Genesis Evangelion, a synopsis of the whole series is demonstrated through means of the above four Children playing Pachelbel's Canon during an instrument recital.
Anti-clockwise
First Violin is Kaworu Nagisa
Second Violin is Asuka Langley
Viola is Rei Ayanami and
Cello is of course Shinji Ikari.

Any fan would know of course about the Human Instrumentality program during the series..

If you look carefully you'll notice the SEELE logo too and the music score is Johann Pachelbel's Canon.

This is a present for all my friends who were at the Evangelion day out. Just a surprise for you all, hope you like it!
Please note that Shinji, Asuka and Rei have never played string instruments before so don't give them hell for posture or instrument handling, they did their best!
